Yes, because over the last period of time our company has been through a rapid and exciting development. We have developed a new visual identity that to a greater extent expresses who we are now and what we stand for, and we have tied our lines of professions and skills closer together.

Itera is a strategic partner, creating new and better solutions for businesses and people. We are a compound and multidisciplinary group consisting of top competent communicators and technologists. Making a difference. Always. Our proof of this is happy customers from a wide and exciting portfolio. It consists of many of Norway’s and Scandinavia’s largest enterprises.

We have developed our new visual identity ourselves, the way we have developed identities for several of our customers – and been awarded for.

Our website will soon appear in a new design. If you have questions, whether it is about our new visual identity or our service offerings, you are more than welcome to contact us.

Nettsidene våre vil snart skinne i ny drakt. Har du spørsmål, enten du lurer på noen omkring den nye visuelle identiteten eller tjenesteområdene våre, er du hjertelig velkommen til å ta kontakt.

80% of NHO’s member companies have less than 20 employees, and often lack their own staff with expertise in areas such as HR, HSE, law and regulations. For many of these companies, the NHO community constitutes the central resource center. With the rise of social media, NHO experiences an increase in the member’s expectations concerning availability, and that the members increasingly discuss and share experiences in new digital channels. NHO wants to meet the member companies in the relevant arenas, and is finding the time right for carrying out a digital modernization. They are now developing their very own online community for the NHO companies.

- So far, NHO has served the members without much help from digital service solutions. We wanted to change this, and hit on the idea of developing an online community for our members, says Elisabeth Evjen, Executive Director Communications and CSR in NHO.

- Itera showed us already in the pilot project phase that they viewed the idea of an online community in a much larger perspective than we had done. We started working systematically, and conducted a relation analysis based on thorough workshops. We also executed surveys and in-depth interviews among our members. Based on the insights gained, we are now developing a solution that is much more than a meeting point for members - the goal is for the community to become the primary and preferred relational channel that members use for contact with both NHO and each other, continues Evjen.

The community can be compared with a professional version of Facebook, with possibilities for discussions, comments, messages, creating groups, sharing of rich media content and so on. The content will obviously have a strong professional focus.

- This is a platform we have ownership of and the solution will secure more effective communication with, and assistance to, member companies. It will make it easier for member companies to utilize the entire organization’s collective expertise, as they will build relationships, discuss and share knowledge and experience across businesses and industries, illustrates Evjen.

For NHO the solution is beneficial on several levels. It will help us be a more efficient and functional organization, and to increase member satisfaction, loyalty and recruitment.

- With this solution we have a unique opportunity to communicate with and listen to our members, which is extremely important for our future work for the members’ interests. NHO’s community is our “ear to the ground”.

The total amount of expertise that Itera has demonstrated is impressive! The quality delivered, both in the area of consulting, technical expertise and project management challenges us and motivates us to walk that extra mile. The development of the solution has taken place in close co-operation between Itera and the project team at NHO. Together we have explored the possibilities in light of our business needs. This has formed the basis for tailoring the functionality. We strongly believe that the solution will live up to our expectations and we look forward to the continuance! concludes Evjen.
